The world of technology represents a great opportunity in labor terms, however, it continues to be a masculinized field, since there are no diverse teams that incorporate the participation of women. Proof of this is that in Chile only 5% of women work in the information technology (IT) market.
Despite this reality, technology is a fairly democratic item in terms of recognition of skills and talents, making it a good job option for women of all ages.
