A Spanish real estate startup accelerated its business with a new model

Clicpiso, the Spanish home buying and selling startup, has closed a round of financing led by Grupo LaFinca that amounts to 8 million euros. Which will accelerate its business model.

How does Clicpiso work?

Clicpiso was born in 2017, and its business model consists of buying the homes of its users quickly, without commissions and without charging fees.

The sellers must enter their data on the Clicpiso website, and within 24 hours they will receive an assessment from the startup. If the seller accepts, in seven days Clicpiso buys the house, besides taking care of all the paperwork. In this way, Clicpiso seeks to provide speed, simplicity and transparency in the process of buying and selling homes.
