Bank Frick loses her Blockchain boss to Zuger Broker

The Blockchain person in charge of Bank Frick is attracted to a well-known broker of the “Crypto Valley” in Zug. He remains connected to the Liechtenstein Fintech Bank.

Niklas Nikolajsen, the founder and president of the largest Swiss crypto broker Bitcoin Suisse, sees Switzerland and Liechtenstein as the only major hub, as he once explained to finews.ch. Mauro Casellini obviously thinks similar: the head of Blockchain banking at Liechtensteiner Bank Frick will move to Nikolajsens Bitcoin Suisse on 1 July.

As Managing Director, he will continue to expand the subsidiary Bitcoin Suisse (Liechtenstein) locally, according to a report from Bank Frick on Monday. With the expansion in the EEA member state of Liechtenstein, Bitcoin Suisse wants to serve other customer segments and markets in Europe.

Partner with pipeline

Grisons Casellini has been working for the fintech bank in the Principality for more than five years; He has been working in his current batch for the past year and heads a 15-person team. Today, Bank Frick is one of the Europe-wide pioneers of blockchain banking and a contact point for numerous Swiss crypto companies, including Bitcoin Suisse.

The two companies remain connected, as it was called on Monday. “The next joint projects are already in the pipeline”, said Bitcoin Suisse about the partnership. Incidentally, Casellini knows his new colleagues in Zug well – recently he was sitting on a podium at the CV Crypto Valley Summit in Zug.
